Southern Maryland Boot Scooters

Line Dancing Events

Members of the Southern Maryland Boot Scooters regularly attend monthly dances and annual line dancing conferences and workshops, as well as participate in dance-related vacation travel. For many of these events, the team is able to submit a list of dance requests in advance. The Boot Scooters sometimes serve as the host team for travel events, and team leader Leslie Harvey often is one of the instructors. Here are some of the places you likely will see our team members:

ADF Bingo, Mechanicsville, makes a donation to the dance team for every shift a Boot Scooter Volunteer works. Many team members work at the bingo hall to offset the cost of travel.
